As a Bostonian, I know this city well, and after years of walking this beautiful little city, making portraits throughout in hidden corners and dramatic alleys of the city and photographing many small weddings in unlikely places,I know that Boston is an ideal city for planning your small wedding.

I grew up in the middle, or I like to call it the heart -Dorchester. After college and an adventure on the west coast, I returned to Boston, spending time in Jamaica Plain and Fenway before settling into the artist community of Fort Point. I’m proud of being from Boston and have a deep feeling of belonging to this place. On the radio, I hear the voice of a childhood friend on NPR. At the polls, I see the name of a high school classmate on the city ballot. I remember where things used to be and see where they are going. For better or worse, I am a Boston girl and I love this city!
