DJour Entertainment’s Nora Jordan

March 5, 2015

Weddings hinge on the ceremony.  Obviously. But fun weddings are also largely about the party.  And what makes the party?  The people, the vibe, the momentum, the music.  How does this happen? Killer DJs.

I met Nora, kick ass lady dj and founder of DJour Entertainment, a few years ago at the Works in Process night that Jon Lopkin and I organized while we were in residence at Oficio.  Nora founded DJour Entertainment to bring style and femininity DJ world.  After working at Boston?s WROR 105.7,  she went on air at WERS 88.9 FM. So she?s coming to this with cred.

Nora gets the modern wedding couple and works with them to create a custom sonic experience  – so their personalities and their love story are communicated to all of their guests.  Her clients trust her to craft the perfect sounds. So I put thought I would too.

We?ve worked with her to create a series of playlists for your Ars Magna Boudoir session.  She specializes in getting people out of their shells and onto the dance floor.  Which is perfect for a boudoir session.  Or really anytime we feel like accessing your inner diva.  The music plays. You dance. You smile. You forget the camera and unleash your radiant inner self.

We will be rolling out a series of music playlists for your boudoir photography session, inspired by our Boudoir Archetype inspiration boards on Pinterest.

Meanwhile, check out DJour Entertainment, for all your dance floor, heart pumpin’ needs.
